At Paint My Pet, your satisfaction means the world to us. Every portrait we create is custom-made with love, based on your pet’s unique photo. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a portrait has been approved and delivered.

Digital Portraits

• We off unlimited revisions before final delivery.
• Once approved and delivered, digital portraits are non-refundable.
  

Printed & Framed Portraits

• If your printed portrait arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
• We’ll happily offer a replacement or store credit.
• All other print orders are final sale once approved.
  

Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund.
• After that window, our artists may already be working on your portrait and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
